As soon as the delivery driver picks up the product, we initiate your refund request. The money is refunded to your linked bank account directly within 10-12 working days.

If you wish to exchange the product purchased, then you can opt for a product of similar value. The product will be of the similar value that you paid during the purchase.
If you wish to purchase a product which is at a higher value, then we will share a payment link with you where you need to pay the difference to claim the new product.
