Easy Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Bagline strives towards providing shoppers with an unmatched shopping experience which includes easy returns, prompt exchanges and secure refunds.

If you want to exchange or return any product then you can simply connect with us within 15 days of receiving the products.

You can write or connect with us with your return and exchange request by sending us the below mentioned validation essentials on support@baglineindia.com

VALIDATION ESSENTIALS:-
1. Have the original copy of the invoice, receipts and order ID
2. Make sure that the product is in unused condition in its original packaging
3. Ensure tags are still intact

FREE RETURNS:-
We set up an easy pick-up for the product you want to return at zero cost! Yes, we don’t deduct any money from your refund process or ask you to pay for the pickup.

REFUND PROCESS:-
As soon as the delivery driver picks up the product, we initiate your refund request. The money is refunded to your linked bank account directly within 10-12 working days. 

In case of COD payments, we ask you to assist us with your bank details, to initiate the refund process within 10-12 working days. The shipping charges of Rs. 99/- applicable on C.O.D. order is non refundable.

EXCHANGE:-

If you wish to exchange the product purchased, then you can opt for a product of similar value.

If you wish to purchase a product which is at a higher value, then we will share a payment link with you where you need to pay the difference to claim the new product.

In case you wish to purchase a product of lower value, we will initiate a refund for the difference amount.
