We are committed towards providing a seamless customer experience, even after the purchase is completed. Our warranty policy is designed to make the customer’s post purchase journey smooth and memorable.

3 Years Limited Warranty

Brand Concepts Ltd (Bagline) is very proud to stand by the quality of the travel gear and lifestyle accessories. When the products are used under normal conditions for which they are designed, these products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for the warranty time period.

In the unlikely event of manufacturing defects, we repair or replace the product based on personal discretion. To claim the warranty, you need to either register yourself at the time of purchase (From Dec 2022) or/ and share the following essentials with us (prior Dec 2022 purchases):

- Proof of purchase
- Picture of the product with the defect

    The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example).

    In the unlikely event of any manufacturing defect, we provide dedicated customer assistance along with repair or replacement of the product.

      If an identical replacement isn’t available, we provide you with compensation of comparable value. 

      If an airline or the airport authority damages your product, contact them immediately to file a claim.

      You can fill the warranty claim form with the required details to process your claim. Please note that for repairing the luggage bag you will have to visit or send the product to either your nearest Bagline store or to the nearest authorized store.

      The cost for sending the product to our service center/ store will be covered by you, although we repair and return your product within 15 working days with free shipping.

      International Warranty

      No matter where you travel, our international warranty will follow you. To claim your international warranty please share the following details at support@bagline.in :

      • Proof of Travel: Boarding Pass
      • Proof of Purchase: Product Invoice
      • Proof of Impairment: A picture of the damaged luggage bag

      While our luggage is made with high-quality materials, it is still susceptible to damage from external factors.

      If you experience any issues or defects with your luggage while traveling internationally, don't worry. You have the option to purchase luggage from another brand, and we will reimburse you for the same. However, in order to claim the reimbursement, you will need to provide us with the proof of purchase for the new bag and other documents mentioned above.

      Please note that the reimbursement amount will be equal to the cost of the new bag or the total cost of your original purchase with us, whichever amount is lower.

      If you prefer not to purchase a new travel bag while traveling internationally, you can still claim the warranty for the bag you purchased from us. Once you return to India, please send us the required documents and we will connect you with the nearest service center to have your bag repaired, replaced or reimbursed at our discretion.

      If we agree to deliver the replacement product to the user at no additional cost to the address provided and agreed upon, the user may be required to deliver the defective product at their own expense to the nearest service center location either before or after receiving the replacement. The service center location will be communicated to the user after they file their warranty claim request.

      For Backpacks, Leather Belts, Wallets, Handbags Business Cases

      Limited Warranty

      Brand Concepts Ltd (Bagline) is very proud to stand by the quality of the travel bags, backpacks, business cases, handbags and leather accessories that it sells. When the products are used under normal conditions for which they are designed, these products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for the warranty time period.

      The warranty time for:

      • School backpacks: 1 year
      • Overnighter luggage bag: 1 year
      • Laptop bags and business cases: 1 Year
      • Leather accessories and handbags: 6 months

      In the unlikely event of manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the product based on our personal discretion. To claim the warranty, you need to either register yourself at the time of purchase (From Dec 2022) or/ and share the following essentials with us (prior Dec 2022 purchases):

      - Proof of purchase
      - Picture of the product with the defect

      The warranty includes manufacturing defects for:

      • Belt pin
      • Bag Zipper
      • Wallet & belt corner and edges
      • PU peel off on women handbags
      • Stitching, pasting & prints
      • Fading of edge color in belt & wallet while usage

      Warranty is void under the following conditions:

      • Leather product & accessories gets wet or washed
      • Extra hole punched-in on belt
      • Products with 50% or more discount

      If an identical replacement isn’t available, we provide you with compensation of comparable value. The warranty doesn’t cover accidental damages, unreasonable or improper use, normal wear and tear, improper handling or damages caused by a common carrier, loss of use or consequential damages, nor does it cover repairs attempted by unauthorized individuals or service centers.

      You can fill the warranty claim form with the required details to process your claim. Please note that for repairing the luggage bag you will have to visit or send the product to either your nearest Bagline store or to the nearest authorized store.
